Sensitives and empaths often have an innate desire to explore the depths of their rich inner worlds and long for true soul connection, expansion and growth.
Maybe you already started meditating, reading books or watching videos regarding spiritual growth and healing and all of these things can be of tremendous worth and value.
But sometimes we just need a bit more; a guiding hand holding space for us on a deeper level.
This path can be full of pitfalls and you may stumble upon many challenges. And that's okay, it's all part of it. The thing is; you do not need to do this alone! With the right support and guidance it can be a lot softer and comprehensible.

A sacred portal
Through rebonding with the inner child we can heal trauma and get to know ourselves layer by layer. When we are disconnected from our inner child and thus our emotions, we are also cut off from our creativity, inspiration and joy. Emotions are innocent in their pure form. They are wayshowers and when properly met and seen, a catalyst for deeper inner connection and growth. Our inner child can be a portal to the fullness of our beings, feeling more clearly who we really are and what we are here to do.

Relationships are an important cornerstone in our human experience. We often search for connection and love externally, unaware of our inner disconnection and wounds as part of the driving force. When we unconsciously bring our unhealed parts and projections into the relationship, it can cause a lot of suffering and pain. Through the healing process, gaining clarity about the relationship dynamics and bonding patterns that shape the narrative, we can connect more deeply with ourselves and others. Consciously growing towards healthy connections from a place of inner connection and self-love.

Being sensitive is a beautiful gift that can come with great challenges in a world that is generally speaking not yet in congruence with that sensitivity. Sensitives and empaths experience the world on a deeper level, feeling and empathizing deeply with the world around them. They often find it difficult to feel at home here on earth due to the collective structures and systems that prevail. Understanding your sensitivity at a core and energetic level and having the tools to move through life as a sensitive can give roots in the earth, making it easier to materialize dreams and live your purpose.

A sensitive person’s inner wounds can cut deeper because they are able to tap into and experience a broader spectrum of feelings. It is very common for sensitives and empaths to be born into families that are not (as) sensitive or in tune with the child’s profound experience. This lack of reference and absence of a parent who can be present in the depth of the experience of the child can create self-doubt, unworthiness, loneliness, dissociation and a sense of not belonging. Healing happens when the residue of the experienced trauma can be felt in the present moment within a safe and loving space. It can be very helpful to be guided by someone who is attuned to that sensitivity and who can meet and understand you in the depth of your experience.
